NORTH IOWA COOPERATIVE

Portland Agronomy Facilities

North Iowa Cooperative’s Portland location is home to some of our largest recent investments. The town of Portland, found southeast of Mason City, is located in a centralized and easily-accessible geographical location for improving the efficiencies of our agronomy operations for all members and customers.

These multi-generational investments in agronomy storage and application services began with the construction of a seed storage facility in 2013.

Since then, a dry fertilizer, liquid fertilizer, both with rail unloading, have been constructed. In addition, product storage for UAN, NH3, and other bulk chemical have been included to the facilities.
